Build a Better Muskoka

The Muskoka Community Land trust is working hard to build a Muskoka where:

• Housing is treated as a human right rather than a commodity

• Vulnerable people are prioritized for safe, stable, and dignified housing

• People who earn less than $100,000 per year can afford to live and work here

• Homes can be beautiful, affordable, and ecologically sustainable at the same time

• Social enterprises can operate out of locations with long-term, stable leases, enabling them to focus on doing good in the community

As a nonprofit, we cannot offer you a charitable donation receipt (yet - but we’re working on it). Your generous contribution will help us:

• Pay a living wage to our staff member

• Devote time to applying for all the grants we’re eligible for

• Buy land and build housing people can afford
